What IS weather?!

And why does it change and why is in different in different places and what would it be like if there was no weather?

No weather .. would mean the sun don't shine at all and everyone on planet earth would be dead.

Without the sun's energy, there are not the changes in atmospheric temperature and pressure which winds, rain and warmth are dependent upon to exist.

It would get really cold really fast without the sun, and electricity would not exist, except for energy stored in batteries and nuclear reactors, and water driven turbines ... but soon enough ... all water would freeze, it would be too cold for batteries to operate and at the point, chemical reaction-driven energy would also fail, due to cold temps. .. most on earth would die in short order.. food storages would run out etc. .. and then all life would cease to exist.

For there to be no weather = no sunlight at all.
