There isn't always going to be a good guy with a gun and they might do the backpack thing again like Boston. They are going to make sure they don't make the same mistakes. Grocery stores, public transit, events, there's just too many options and too many crazies out there who want to go out in a blaze of glory and be infamous and get the idea in their heads from things like this recent failed attack. They will want to outdo and go after anyone anywhere for no reason. You shouldn't live in fear but also shouldn't be afraid to descriminate because when you don't - that's when they slip by.
