At least 33% of the spics and niggers in America are completely useless

I like how the author of the article is trying to blame this huge problem on the U.S. government failing to properly integrate immigrants. They never should have been allowed to enter our country in the first place.
About 1.3 million non-Whites are legally moving to the USA every single year. And due to our "family reunification" and refugee loopholes, the vast majority of these immigrants are low-skilled fucktards. And these figures don't even account for illegal immigration which numbers in the hundreds of thousands annually...
And of course the real primary problem with spics and niggers living in America isn't their lack of skills, it's their low IQ scores. That's the real reason why they lag behind Whites and Asians. It's not our failure to integrate them that's at fault here. They just have garbage genes.
