Since you mention eesh, his response to the complaint against him was due a few days ago or so. Did he post it somewhere and I missed it? Did anyone get a copy? I wonder if he just let it go and didn't reply. Inquiring minds want to know.

BTW, it's possible that he thinks that by getting the warrant for computer harassment against Moreno that he'll trade a dismissal of one for a dismissal of the other. If that's the case, wow, is he going to be wrong.

The Moreno family should really ask about the inclusion clause in their contingency basis contract. :)

Those of a certain age will remember how Ted Bundy repeatedly made fools of his courtroom opponents.

For example, at one point he overcame prison officials' refusal to allow him to marry by calling his fiancee to the witness stand and leading her through the wedding vows in her testimony. Because the vows were taken in a court of law, before a judge, the marriage was recognized as valid.

Of course, they did execute Bundy in the end, but that's completely irrelevant since no one, not even Basl's worst enemies, claim that he's committed any capital crimes -- although they have certainly been enthusiastic, and, shall we say, creative about attributing to him all sorts of imaginative, nay preposterous crimes.

Such as sneaking down the chimney on Christmas Eve -- isn't that one of things he's accused of?

That's correct. No matter how clever Bundy thought he was, which is typical with deranged individuals, he got his just desserts in the end. If Mr.Misery decides to go the Bundy route and represent himself he will certainly "have a fool for a client".
