I recall a post, or posts, that seemed to quote from the findings of administrative law judges in security clearances cases, which substituted the known facts about eesh into the analysis, while more or less keeping the legal principles applied to those facts intact. The postz were crafted with invidious eye toward eesh, but even so, seemed to suggest an arguable but somewhat strong case for such clearance being denied, on the basis of known acts by eesh, as seen through the filter of the applicable rules and regulations. I looked for those posts a couple of months ago, and couldn't find them. Figure they've been deleted.
