Give me the stats for 1 to 1 convictions. You are suggesting that they may be disproportionately the victims of injustice because they've shown a higher propensity for violent crime. That's what people call discrimination.

I can just as easily suggest that they have a higher propensity of violent crime because they are at a much higher risk of receiving disproportionate convictions and feel disenfranchised.

Our judicial system works best and is founded on providing blind justice. Something that couldn't be farther from the truth in reality. A tilted judicial system burdened with inmates institutionalized over petty crimes.

The same people that like to demonize all blacks for their high crime are the same people that support laws and judges that create a system of injustice which declare these people as more criminal.

You can't cage a living being and expect him not to bite when given the chance.
