blackrock has been buying up houses in affluent hot market areas keeping supply short there

biden handlers have shipped illegals into middle class and poor areas keeping supply short there as well

biden handlers keep printing trillions of dollars which makes all dollars in circulation less valuable and they ramped up fed rates so that interest on the debt is unbelievably high which are the true sources of inflation

if your home budget is out of wack, you either cut costs or make more money....you don't double your debt and at the same time change your low interest credit card for one with three times the interest rate

printing money as trillions in debt and tripling the interest payed on it is how you create inflation

lol, trump's only "plan" to lower housing costs was some cockamamie statement he made about "Freedom Cities" and the federal govt building new cities. Sounded like something out of North Korea, and of course he had no details or actual outline of a plan. It was so stupid it never really came up again.

Real estate values go up and down just like interest rates do. I had three townhouses that I rent to illegals and I also use mostly illegal labor to maintain them. Last year I sold one of those houses at a huge profit. The renters paid all the mortgage payments and gave me lots of extra monthly income so the cherry on top was that I was able to sell the house for nearly 200k more than what I paid for it.
Anyone can do this! It is not rocket science
