We all know how to lose weight. Exercise every day for at least an hour and watch what you eat. It's very easy to lose weight.

He must of ate some ice cream cake also. nobody doesn't like ice cream cakes. He will postpone the next weigh in to the following week's Thursday. Smart thing to do.

It's not so much that he eats ice cream cake, it's that he isn't doing enough cardio and exercise to burn the calories off. Runners eat all they want and can barely keep weight on.

following a Meade train of thought, he will surely postpone the weighing this week. I just wonder what his excuse will be this time? He pretty much covered the typical ones. Will need to use more exotic ones from now on. Like he has huge corns on his feet from running so much and can't stand up for a while. gotta love his nerve.
