When its ruled unconstitutional and the money has to be paid back !
This 6 billion goes to public service workers who were promised it as part of entering public service which they did not get paid back for
This is constitutional, but just handing out money not funded by congress is NOT
15 dollars min wage is a false economy increase that only harms people with very low incomes who can not work
They are not getting any raise ! While the ones working years moving up get 17 an hours and new ones want 15 ? Then the old ones quit or raise hell trying to get raises to 23 an hour which bankrupts the business and all are out of jobs
The only winners with artificial inflated raises are the landlords and slumlords who jack up rents as income goes up !
