Remember when cars and trucks all had factory installed ashtrays and lighters?

I am shopping for a new car and they dont offer ashtrays except for ashtrays shaped like a cup so you can put it in your cup holder. This sucks!

Dad used to burn our upper arms with the car lighter when we were bad.

Yeah. The ashtray and lighter helped my mom commit slow suicide starting with Lucky Strike filterless and later with Lark filtered.

My only peace came from oenimg the wing window and sucking in fresh air.

Wing windows. There's something else to miss.

My Dads Buick had 6 ashytays and the ones in the front seat had lights in them.
