Why Does Meade Post UnHealthy Foods on His "Fit and Lean" Page?

Why is Meade posting unhealthy foods on Lean and Fit page? Nobody wants to see nasty sugar or fatty foods on fit and lean page.

LOL! Meade is so funny. Meade is like groundhog day.

Meade tells us his new "aggressive" weight loss program doesn't have any sweets or cheats... Then Meade posts a picture of "Lucky Charms" on Sunday.

Why does Meade even have kids cereal in house? Plus Lucky Charms is essentially candy in milk.

Let's see how much more Meade weighs on Wednesday!

If Meade says it is healthy, I am going to believe him. He has been studying nutrition and fitness. Meade is a natural bodybuilder. No steroids.

Just the sweet tea. for those who never had sweet tea, fill a 5 oz cup half full of cane sugar, add hot water and stir, let cool and add a tea bag till caramel color. Presto sweet tea.Don't come to me, a dieter for years, and tell me that is good for you when you drink it all the live long day.
