Not sure about proving insurrection, but the mishandling classified documents case is a slam dunk and Trump himself signed into law the stricter penalties when he was trying to convict Hillary for the email. That now carries one to five years in prison.
Now the fake elector scheme would be the second for jail time. We know John Eastmen and other fake electors are already plea bargaining wanting only 6 months.

VP who had no authority of office once he left when Trump was sworn in as US President had the same classified boxes but Biden was VP not president and had authority to declassify anything
