If convicted he will more than likely do about a week unless daddy pays for a good lawyer

He will get off as he has a good driving record with safe driving points and only 2 minor misdemeanors over 7 years ago.

Michael has two traffic infraction convictions for failure to obey highway sign in 2020, and defective speedometer in 2019.

Two minor traffic infraction convictions is actually a pretty good record, and those demerit points are now off his record. Having no violations for the past 2 years would earn him safe driving points in addition to safe driving points for 2015-2018.

He had two infractions nearly 10 years ago in 2014 for speeding and not possessing registration. On the criminal side he has two minor misdemeanors, over 7 years ago. Period.
