Credit card debts

Hi,

I broke up about 18 months ago after being asked to leave the family home (after 25 years of marriage), and I attributed this to inconsistent parenting, when I was stricter than my wife and saw how I was always picking on the kids, often ending in big arguments when I lost it (I never beat my wife's kids), We have 4 kids between the ages of 5 and 15. So I left, agreeing that I would seek help in the form of anger management, which I did and hopefully will return. For 18 months, my daughter continued to manipulate the family and my wife, dividing the family and keeping me away.

We own real estate, and we have an equity capital of about 350 thousand pounds sterling. This is a joint mortgage, and we have always paid an agreed amount into a joint account to cover all household bills, including a number of credit cards that were created over years of card consolidation at better rates. My ex had cards, but at the time of the breakup, all of them were paid for or transferred to cards in my name. The debt is £ 15,000, and about 70% is shared expenses and things the family gets in the house. I have to pay all the monthly expenses of £ 350 a month, and she refuses to pay, saying that she also had debts that she paid off. My problem is that for many years we have always shared the cost of these cards, and now I have to pay for them myself.

I pay a fixed amount of £ 500 for the upkeep of the house and the children's expenses. I also pay an extra £ 80 a month for extra activities for the kids, such as football clubs, etc. I also have to pay for a haircut, shoes, etc. if I have kids this weekend. I get comments that I didn't contribute to school uniforms or big school trips. My ex calculated these expenses, stating that she could live on it with her salary, which is the same as mine, and child benefits, etc.

I struggle every week after paying the above expenses and my own housing costs (a rented flat), and I have £ 350 left for food and petrol (about £ 150) and days when I have children, as well as car maintenance.

I just found out that my ex had a new boyfriend and they had a sexual relationship at the family home and he was spending weekends there for a few months. I was told only yesterday, and today I saw him in the house, playing with my children in the garden. She didn't have the decency to tell me about this relationship before introducing this man to my children, and he was there all night. My son (12 years old) told me today that Mom asked them not to make a fuss, as they want to see her happy!!

I am obviously devastated as I had some hope, but now I want to get a divorce as it is the only way I can move on from this relationship.

My ex said she wouldn't sell the family home, and I'm not sure she's in a financial position to remortgage it and let me get some of the equity. She refuses to pay off the credit card debts we accumulated together, and as a result, I am now unable to get a loan, especially since two zero-interest cards have come to an end, and I have been denied, obviously, as the owner of a home with a mortgage, as well as a lease. I can't stay living in this tiny apartment for too long as it only has 2 bedrooms. One or sometimes two of my children stay almost every Friday or weekend. By the end of the month I'm running out of money and I can't afford to buy food or on childcare days I can't afford to do anything with the kids.

What are my rights to the house as well as my credit cards? Will any calculations take into account my ability to pay the requested amount of child support?

Since I was never afraid of loans and easily made purchases on credit, then some time ago I also began to use credit cards with ease.But, if I dealt with loans as easily as I took them, then with cards for me personally, everything was much more difficult...Let's say I decided to take out a loan to buy a car, studied various sources of information for a very long time, and accidentally stumbled upon https://www.yhdistalaina.com/lainojen-yhdistaminen-saastopankki/ and they helped me find a loan on the most favorable terms for me. I know a lot of people who use credit card and usually if you will follow all rules and tips, there won't be some problems. But still you should be careful with your debts and control all your expenses. I don't see anything bad in taking a loan.Me and my husband took a loan for our wedding celebration, It was a small personal loan of 5k (we had a little ceremony) from here and gave it successfully back in 3 months. Worked well for us and we didn't have to wait another few months to get married (maybe that would be good for us actually)))

I find the best way to deal with Credit Card debt is to start using my father's Am Ex! You should try it too!

I agree that if you use a credit card and pay in time, you shouldn't face any issues. I've been using MyVanilla card for more than a year and I'm pleased with it.
