About 7-6 months left to set him up to get him arrested, again! He's a felon murderer.

This fucker actually shot and killed someone and was convicted of voluntary manslaughter.

Carlos joins Megan Toohey, Jay Fasick, Brian Fullem, and Tim Hickerson in the Killers Club of Fairfax Underground.
(Miz and Chuckhoffmann have not yet been charged in the tranny death but stay tuned.)
