Types of Mustard to Make Sammiches
Posted by: Sandwich Maker ()
Date: May 06, 2015 11:31PM

I just recenetly purchased some cold cuts (baked ham and turkey pastrami) and an Italian loaf of bread, hoping to make some sandwiches. I also purchased some Grey Poupon mustard. The meat is fine, but the mustard tastes horrible, like it was spiked with horseradish or or some shit. Can anybody suggest a decent mustard?

Charroux.

You shouldn't be using anything else.

You must be a manager of something - somewhere, because you are a fucking idiot.

Eat your sandwich plain for being such a retard.

How do men become gay?

70 percent were born that way, 30 percent were sucked into it.

Thank you for all of your replies! I will certainly look to your comments to find a decent mustard. As I have said before, the Grey Poupon I have purchased earlier seems like it has a cosiderable amount of horseradish, and I am not interested in eating horseradish at any other place than the Orleans Steakhouse.

I would love to try Charroux at some time, but my current financial situation will not allow me to do so. French's is great, both in the yellow and brown incarnations, and I have loved Frenche's all my life. PPolish mustard and Sandwich Pal are both interesting, tahank you to ergtsgdg and rusky for sharing!

"Eat your sandwich plain for being such a retard:"

I just want to take a Poll on where Fairfax residents receive their mustard. and nothing else.

Sauers mustard is the best yellow mustard in the world. It is hard to find around here. Last time I was in Culpeper they had it at the Martins store. I have ordered it from their website also.

WTF is it with every single fucking beer manufacturer making random condiments and foods out of their beer? NO, I don't not want fucking mustard that tastes like your mediocre beer. No thanks, I don't want whiskey flavor in my ranch dressing. And then all you fucking dumb sheep go and buy it like the dumb shitheads that you are.

KEEP the fucking beer out of food. If I want beer, I'll go drink a fucking beer. When I want mustard, I DO NOT want to taste beer. WTF.

And that's all I have to say about that!

So far, in the eight years since I've written the original post, I have to admit that the French's mustard is a bit overrated. My favorite mustard these days is the Silver Spring Jalapeno Mustard. I really liked a good mustard on my sammich back in the day. Now that I'm late into in my forties, and I'll continue to like it in my fifties.
