Hi there, I want to start a thread where we can all share our routines and the ways to be in shape. I am still on my way there, but want to get some motivation from you guys.
To be in shape, here are some best practices:
Follow a balanced diet: Eat a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats. Avoid processed and sugary foods.
Control your portion sizes: Use portion control tools, such as measuring cups or a food scale, to ensure you're not overeating.
Drink plenty of water: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
Engage in regular physical activity: Engage in regular exercise, such as cardio, strength training, or high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity per week.

Meade. But you looked like you lost a few at the last vlog event you held.
I try and follow my role model Meade Skelton. I have joined Planet Fitness and listen to his music when I jog. I also have his weightlifting pics on the wall in the basement where I work out.

I did 25 mins on the exercise bike. I'm going to lift some weights later on

Following Meade's example, you will gain at least 100lbs.
Will you live with it like Meade does or will you plan a way of taking it off?
If it is the latter, why don't just skip Meade's plan entirely and go directly to the latter plan.
