The first thing the US Supreme Court will ask about any gun bans of semi auto arms , is why did not congress regulate these semi auto arms when a 1934 congress did regulate safely full auto real machine guns when the 1934 National firearms act was passed into law , the same act Joe Biden promised he would move the semi auto arms into if he became president .
