At least pro wrestling is based on real competition. Some people actually still believe that Biden and Ralph Northam tell the truth. They are both like pro wrestlers playing to the crowd. Only in Virginia their woke and equity gimmick didn't work and in the 6 person tag team, the democrats all got thrown out of the ring.

Yes, WWE is fake to an extent, and everything is scripted entirely. The results of the fights/matches are pre-decided, and the wrestlers partially follow a script.

In fact, pro wrestling fans enjoy wrestling just like fans of Star Wars, or Batman movies. It’s entertainment. I personally prefer watching UFC (btw, I found a good way to do it via a firestick https://www.firesticktricks.com/watch-ufc-on-firestick.html), but it has to be noted, there have been many instances over the years of UFC fighters crossing over to WWE and vice-versa (Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey, Matt Riddle, etc.). I think this is a question of taste and preferences.

Pro Wrestling isn't as fixed as the NFL. Just watch the alleged penalty for roughing the passer against Tom Brady. Just like the pro wrestling ref not seeing the foreign object.
