Well the NFA Act of 1934 did safely and successfully regulated the more powerfull fully automatic machine guns , so why don't the Democrats constitutionally do that with these semi auto assault weapons . It's pretty straight forward to me on this that this will solve the problems were seeing with death wish maniacs getting these guns

The NFA act of 1934 has two unconstitutional provisions in it , one a tax to exercise the right to keep and bear arms , you can not tax constitution right that is in the constitution
Can you imagine a tax to go to a church temple or mosque to worship your God
Or a tax to create printed handouts or newspapers
Or you to personally pay a tax at a gate to enter a public forum to tell a government body how you feel about your child's public education
That all would be unconstitutional taxation the same with the NFA tax to possess the firearm not buy it but just to own and keep it .
Additionally the requirement for the Cheif Law Enforcement Officer in the area the person lives in allows these officials Not To Provide Sworn Service as they can simply say I'm not processing that form for you I don't have to and I don't want to , to supress your rights to keep and bear arms as Democrat officials have done
Thus theses officers must be forced by criminal statute to perform their sworn service to process the applications , which is only moving the paperwork not doing any background checks which the BATFE does
