Mass shooting is defined as 4 or more people shot or killed in one instance.
The problem with this definition is that 4 or more shot or killed is a normal day in Chicago so with this definition that means there is a Mass shooting everyday in the U.S.

Yes you are correct and that is true and it is reported as such. You only hear about these things when they happen to random people doing random things.
Pokie and Ray Ray shooting at each other over drugs and gang shit isn't really newsworthy. But it makes the news in the cities it happens.
Most people don't get randomly shot unless they're caught in a crossfire or at church or school etc which is why some stuff gets more publicity.

There is no law enforcement definition of "mass shooting" it's classified as "mass murder". It's another rewriting of history/ definitions by communist libtarded activists like AOC who don't have any brain cells. Which is every liberal in existence.
