African Americans are unique to the United States. You could relocate a hundred thousand or so to a safe, clean and efficient city such as Tokyo or Berlin and within a generation they could turn it into Baltimore.

In a impoverished old Democrat controlled city where free easy to obtain welfare for votes has been widely distributed, not good jobs for the last 57 years, nothing to see here people move on
