I often address/greet men, by saying, “what’s up man”.

Some of these men seem macho(not gay)..
I notice 2 out of 10 are a bit agitated…

Am I wrong for greeting people by saying “what’s up man”, IF U ARE A MAN?

What's happening? or What's Shakin? or What's up Chief? or What's up Dude?. Anyone of those is cooler that "What's up man?"
