Eaxample:

$100,000 sell price
$80,000 true cost
$20,000 profit
$2,000 10% commission

He artificially adjusts the cost up, like this:

$100,000 sell price
$90,000 ADJUSTED cost
$10,000 profit
$1,000 10% commission

I feel that my boss and the company is stealing from me!
