How long has Napster been gone? Seems like a long time.

I think a friend of mine got a threatening letter, but he ignored it, it looked like a bluff.

Blame a WiFi freeloader I guess.

Unrelated, but I dated this chick who got in big trouble back in 07 for taking a 15 minute video of the latest transformers movie with her digital camera to show her little brother. She got caught and kicked out of the theater and got served papers a week after from the theaters attorney’s saying they were suing her and wanted to press charges for video piracy. It was a big deal at the time and made national news. The theater got a lot of shit for it and eventually dropped the case.
