Meade Skelton to play Meatloaf in upcoming biopic

"We felt it was a great casting choice, says Joseph Adelman , director. " We were looking an actor who could play a wide range of ages and who could also sing. Meade auditioned and we hired him on the spot "
The made for Netflix movie is scheduled to wrap up next June, and will air in late September. The story follows Meatloafs rise to fame from his early 20s through his failed marriages and drug use of mid life. Since casting was done before his death, it will not be revealed how the film will end.

Since the fast-food restaurant Meade works at is closed on Sunday, he has all day to dream shit like this up.

Meade is a little on the pretty side to play Meatloaf. They will have to use make up to age him and frumpy him up to be more realistic.

Meade might make a more believable Louis Anderson.

This is almost too obvious. I have often heard of Meat Loaf being referred to as Meade Loaf.
