one is realtor.com (a bill clinton era upstart) the other i haven't heard of. it remains to be seen if remax century21 or other major brands will "do this also"

So look it up somewhere else. Your phone's a computer now, so you can find out almost anything.
Just look around the neighborhood. If you see a lot of black people, don't buy the house. If you see a lot of Mexicans, they're OK, generally, but they get drunk on weekend nights & smash beer bottles. They also have 50 people living in the house & beat up Toyotas parked everywhere. They work on them in the middle of the street, too. But they won't bother you.
If you see dotheads or pakkis, don't buy it. They smell .
If you see a lot of white people, you're OK.
