just like it sounds

they are (appealing) a decision made by Supreme Court that IRS (run by niggers btw) has "supreme power" and the Supreme Court can't rule on any of the IRS's decisions

(p.s. i already know the law and citations here: when taxes are unfair they go to court for decision - hundreds of years of tradition in USA that's how it works)
