In order to find the best broker, one needs to evaluate a broker on various parameters. However, one of the most prior things to check before choosing a forex broker is its regulation. The broker must be regulated with some strong regulatory authority such as ASIC, Cysec or FCA. Once that's checked do check out the trading conditions of the brokers minutely and compare them with all the possible options that you have. You should check on the spreads they offer, Commission on both sides, The platforms offered , Ease of withdrawal and deposits and such other things which are crucial for a good trading experience.
