Well, Trump probably does. He lost another one, this time to Omarosa. Apparently, the Courts don't much approve of his non disclosure agreements.

Trump was counting on those NDA's. Especially because you can't fight the truth with a slander suit. Expect more books.

NDA’s are difficult to enforce unless they’re very specific about what they are protecting. Like “you cannot disclose the circuit design and firmware algorithms used in the command displacement switch”.

Trump only uses them as an intimidation tactic to stop people from badmouthing him. Stuff like that will never hold up in court, especially when people aren’t actually intimidated by him.
