I'm a married, straight man. There's another man, where I work, that's always popping his head into my office and saying really stupid and vulgar things, like:
suck my dick
suck my cock
lick my balls
you know you want to take this bbc
I bet you swallow
etc, etc, etc

I'm going to have my phone ready and the next several times he pops his head into my office I'm going to record him saying these things. We are a smaller company without an HR department, but I'll tell the owners about it. If they fail to do anything about it, I'll sue them!

Any other ideas?
Also, is it illegal to record someone, without their knowledge of it being recorded, in Washington, DC?

Recording someone like that is a crime in DC. First offense is usually about an 18 month stretch.
