We have all these bowels threads but I haven’t seen any real informative threads
We need a thread that informs us which foods affect ur bowel movements..

I love raw broccoli, but never really pay attention who it affects my bowels..

Sam Adams lager really does a number on my system. Two or more pints and I’ve got the most wicked gas on earth followed by the diarrhea hours later. Awful!
