If the mRNA vaxes are so great

Why aren't the chicoms using them? In fact, they are banned in China. Even more in fact, the chicoms have vaccinated less than 10% of their population and have no large nation-wide program to get them vaccinated. Why is that?

They can't profit off of them. The world had immunity a year ago. There never was a pandemic in the USA.
