Grammatically, how the fuck does that even begin to work?

So, assuming I am me, how the hell could I EVER be they or them?!?!?

I am ONE fucking person...unless I have multiple personality disorder. But, if I DID have MPD, that would be a psychological problem which would make the odd grammar acceptable.
