California is a fantastic state geographically and is why rational thinking people stay. It's also a hot bed for tech and a place where the majority of highly paid actors and musicians live. That being said, Commiefornia's population has decreased for the first time ever because of the tyrannical commie liberals who run the state. Over 40,000 homeless in LA county alone is nothing to cheer about. The governor is being recalled. It won't work because of the corrupt piece of shit liberal government. Places like Venice beach are flooded with homeless tent cities and human feces everywhere. It's the perfect model for liberalism. You're either super wealthy and live in a secure environment or you live in a tent strung out on heroin and living in your own shit. Hey, that's so progressive though.

Those middle class Californians will either move back once they find out how shitty Texas is or they will fix Texas to be a more enlightened state

The high cost of housing and rent is what drives most people out of the state. Which is ironic given that it is an entirely market-driven phenomenon.

I know a lot of people that live check to check and day by day. If the housing bubble bursts again, there's bound to be a lot of homeless people everywhere!
