No, eesh had only 2 other arrests, and he was found not guilty on one (the Megan pics) and charges were dismissed on the other (petit larceny in Dec 2014). They are both misdemeanors and will eventually disappear on their own if eesh does not have them expunged first.

Yes no doubt that is what the Leisers told the Morenos. The Leisers probably also told them that the judgement could not be discharged in bankruptcy, since Miz was constantly spouting both of those statements as if they were some sort of gospel handed down from on high.

Believe it or not, actual practicing attorneys do read and post on this site. Both eesh and Miz have arguably received better legal advice provided pro bono on the forum than what they seem to get from their paid counsel. (Fun fact: A certain General District Court judge who convicted eesh admitted -- in court during the trial -- to frequenting Fairfax Underground. As a result of his myriad protective orders and two convictions for violating a protective order, eesh can forget about re-entering the army or working for the state or obtaining a clearance.
