Sending nudies, making false allegations of rape, cheating on her fiance, staying in a physically abusive relationship, having sex with dyke nigs, getting knocked up by her fiance's brother is a very good indicator that she has very low self esteem and is a toxic and damaged human being.

The fact that lizzie liked katie and did more with her than she ever did with William is certainly a major factor. Miz never had no Mo, and he can not forget about it.

MIz hates everyone and he hates women especially. But more importantly he hates Katie because he regards her as an ally of his arch-nemesis eesh.

No and no. And William asked, even begged, for someone to kill him. Sadly for all involved William can't seem to manage offing himself on his own.
