Phillip Leiser of Falls Church paid for lap dances at Club Rouge in Richmond

In December 2015 Phillip Leiser of Falls Church argued before the state Supreme Court and stayed at the Commonwealth Park Suites near the Governor's mansion. Several times during his stay, he frequented Club Rouge by the Amtrak station. Not only did he pay for dozens of lap dances, he tried asking a dancer there to come back to his hotel room with him.


The guy is pure sleaze, avoid this creep at all costs.

I don't know why Phillip seeks out prostitutes, he has a gay coworker that is well known to be a promiscious bottom in the gay community.
