Captain D's vs. Long John Silvers..

I think Captain D's is wayyy better. Their hushpuppies are scrumptious, and I love their fried okra. They do a really good Maryland Crabcake sandwich that is buttered and flavored to perfection!

Do you think a dude of your enormous magnitude should be eating at either of these two establishments? C'mon Meade, look in the mirror, you are a tub o' lard. Can you really afford to be eating a meal that closes in on a 1000 calories and has about 500 calories from fat? Those things are also sporting about 50 grams of carb. No wonder you are so huge!! Plus, all that fried food is probably making your horrible acne even worse.

First off,
I don't eat fast food very often at all. I just happened to stop at Captain D's the other night because I was over in Va Beach and I hadnt had anything to eat all day

As for Maryland- its a border state.

Meade and people who share his body composition should spend a half a year on a 1200 kcal/day diet. Not eating all day and going to a fast fried food place is likely how they became morbidly obese. Another suggestion would be having a job at least at some point at age 45 - that burns calories. All that takes work - its easier to blame the world and black people and continue to be lazy and fat.
