How much trouble would you be in for vandalizing a grave?

If I were to go to a grave near Richmond and fuck with it how much trouble would I be in? Like spray painting it, smashing the bronze plaque, or pissing on it? Follow up question, is it a felony to dig up a grave?

Its a Class 4 Felony to tamper with a grave. 2 to 10 years in jail with a 100k fine to seal the deal.

Did Moreno and company ever actually follow through on these threats to defile the grave? They were bragging about it a lot. Is there a caretaker or groundskeeper at the cemetery who would have seen any evidence of poop or flowers being knocked over from one specific grave? Are there any police reports from Hanover County about incidents?
