Should I report Starbucks employees that don't comply with company uniform policy?
Posted by: Coffee consumer ()

Hi, I noticed that in a lot of the Starbucks in the area there are a lot of baristas that don't tuck in their shirts and wear black jeans. Also something that bothers me is that I can see a lot of tattoos on Starbucks employees. Their company policy says no jeans, shirts tucked in, and no visible tattoos. Should I report each of these violations to Starbucks?

Tatts are the new norm. I have virgin skin but I do not care what others do. If you don't like it buy your coffee elsewhere.

Seriously. What tattoos the barista is sporting is the last the thing that I think of when I get coffee.

Tatts are nothing, you should check out the more "enlightened" ones with plugs.

If you report 10 employees with violations, you get a venti.

This is also good practice for a job with the Department of Code Compliance.

Go to the starbaucks website and make a comment then and there. If you're not a total puss you'll go right to the mgr when you see it, and tell them.

Tatoos will never be the "norm". They are for "low rent" people who like to self-mutilate their bodies.

You should personally confront the barristas and record it on video.....

Upload it to Youtube, Facebook etc....

It will be HUGE, and cause a great controversy....

You will get tons and tons of likes and everyone in the world will love you and see you for the courageous warrior for justice that you must be.

Trust me.

Yes, you should. Those are horrible offenses. I hope they get fired and are forced to go on unemployment and eventually get kicked out of the apt they share with their roommate, forced to panhandle and sell sex services to earn money for food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds good to me! Why have rules if you dont enforce them; the tattoo rule is common sense.

My suggestion is that you kill yourself immediately. And stop masturbating in the Starbuck's bathroom. That's been done to death.

Nobody likes a rat... I am happy if my coffee is hot and fresh and nobody spits in it...you would've had a rough life in the fire department...we hung rats by their ankles in the hose tower to give them some quiet time to reflect on their indiscretions...

Yes! We must all do our part and see that people comply to the rules of the manufacturer, there is no such thing as "not my concern" or "none of my business", it is everybody's business when folks stray off the right path. If we maintain a attitude of lassitude and "status quo" we will disintegrate into anarchy.

Do they get the right coffee in the cup and on the counter?

Do they call the state and complain about your speeding?
