Oprah released a statement this morning saying Harry told her it was not his father or grandfather who made the skin color comment. That leaves Prince William as the prime suspect.
Remember, Prince William recently made a comment about the need to ‘take measures’ to curb “Africa’s rapidly growing human population”.
And let's not forget Princess Michael of Kent—wife of Prince Michael of Kent, Queen Elizabeth II's first cousin, who in 2017 was spotted wearing a racially offensive brooch on her coat while arriving to the palace with her husband for a Christmas luncheon.
Prince Harry's then fiancee Meghan was the guest of honor at the luncheon. The accessory was a piece of blackamoor, the same type of brooch D&G got in hot water in 2012 for displaying one in their catalog.
Still conspicuous is the lack of any reference to Princes Beatrice, who is the only female member of the Royal family remotely close to Meghan's age. Was she so caught up with her wedding plans that she couldn't be bothered mentoring Meghan?

In order to understand how the monarchy works, we must look at Zara Tindall, first daughter of Princess Anne Royal, daughter of George V, and sister of The Queen. Zara holds no royal title.
The children of a Monarch are princes and princesses. The grandsons of Monarchs are princes, however the daughters of princesses cary no title.
Archie is the great grandson of a Monarch so no title is inherent.
When William, son of Charles, got married, the Queen changed the rules in succession to treat women the same as men. Archie's cousin George is third in line for the throne, so George is a prince. The only thing about this that I find interesting is how the Crown will react. They've been around for a thousand years. They know how to decide what is important and react accordingly. That's why they didn't respond to every so-called slight towards Meghan from the tabloids. If they decide this is truly a threat to their position, Meghan is in trouble. Not Harry. He is blood. I don't think we'll see too much until she has the baby. Just the usual denials and protestations. Once the baby is born, all bets are off. The goal will be to rescue Harry and his children from the influence of Meghan. They've done it before, they can and will do it again if it is in their best interest. They would prefer softball, but they are quite capable of hardball.
