Biden is actually done legislating, having signed a world record number of executive orders in two days.

campaign promise: $15 min wage (done)

Don't read the fine print on those by the way. If you are making $8 an hour today and thinking about what $15 would be like...well... you'll still be having those dreams in 2024 as Biden bitches about Congress not doing their job. But he's working on it!!
