I feel so sorry for the now deceased tootguy. He seemed like a decent man and deserved a better son.

The late Richard "tootguy" Moreno was a tragic figure, but make no mistake he transformed into nearly as much a criminal as the rest of the Moreno Crime Family. Richard Moreno failed his son by not getting him adequate mental health care, instead electing to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on an illegitimate lawsuit. Richard was a a plaintiff in the lawsuit, he made false statements to police, and he tolerated/sanctioned perjury and other crimes committed by the rest of the MCF.

Richard Leroy Moreno may have been a decent man at one time long ago, but he was a weak man and allowed his values and morals to become corrupted by his evil family. By the time of his stabbing and death he was pure evil. The world is a better place without Richard Leroy Moreno.
