I had a new home built for myself and got tired of the traditional American grown thrown, so I had a squat toilet installed along with a bidet in my new bathroom. I lived in France for 5 years and became fond of the toilets they use there. You can get a really good work out in while you are pinching a loaf as squat toilets require you to take a skier's pose while dropping the Duce.

Those are much more comfortable when you have someone sitting on your lap for a two at once potty session.
