Attacked by who and for what?
It's usually religions that infringe upon others rights. If you live in this country, you live by the rules set out by all the people. If you don't agree, get your people together and try to change it. Christianity doesn't hold any special privileges, nor should any other religion.

Then why don't you just leave them alone? They aren't hurting you or anyone else. If you are gay, you should have the same rights as everyone else. If you're not gay, then relax and live your life the way you want, within the confines of American laws.

Attacked? You mean you would be ridiculed for having childish insecurities about people who love or are attracted to each other in a way that you don't approve of? Where does that end? With arranged marriages to young virgins that can only have sex in the missionary position?

Like what? Executing gay people? Torturing people who might be gay. Another inquisition? Then what? Tattooing non virgin women with a big red W on their forehead?
You're describing a horrible dystopia, right here in America.
