Which US President will present Meade Skelton with the Presidential Medal of Freedom?

Both President Trump and Pres-elect Biden are currently vying for the privilege of presenting Meade with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. One compromise being discussed is to present Meade with two such awards, one from each President.

Both. Every President can present his personal medal to deserving individuals such as the great Meade Skelton.

Trump never acknowledged Meade for his heroic "defend liberty" stance with the statue back in the summer. Maybe this new guy will do the proper thing with a long deserved award. Maybe not the Medal of Freedom but something,,,,,,,,,Dammit!

We expect to see Meade as a guest at the next State of the Union address. Hopefully he will behave and not do something idiotic like stand and rip up the speech when the Pres. finishes talking. Oh wait....
