When I got an iMac at first "it worked flawlessly", then after upgrades some bugs, another upgrade things seemed to be working bug CRASHING once in a while: THEN, MORE UPDATES, THINGS WERE ALWAYS CRASHING. What crashes? Anything Apple didn't release (ie, CAD software or games released for Apple platform not written by Apple).
OSX was BSD unix based and "rock solid", except for some user friendly hacks that were "a little touchy" at times.
They've moved to CHINESE ubuntu and their passion to suck the blood and kill off USA (ARM processors)
* they discontinued "X windows support" at the same time Ubuntu did
* they "moved away from AT&T unix" (ubuntu began that in 1998 during Clinton, attacking all other unices to breed non-unix support and kill off unix standards)
It'll be like Microsoft Window 10 soon if not already: full of ubuntu freeware ("comes with malware and undisclosed authors") bloat, unreliable, PC always thrashing disk memory CPU, forcing upgrades ever 2 years (they say 5, they of course are lying chinese), and so on.
TOTALLY UN-RELIABLE. APPS ARE ALWAYS CRASHING. Apple developer has thinned out to only: apple employees and large companies who "release on every platform" because they have money and brute power and want sales, and some ubuntu hackers who fervently want another USA computer maker (Apple) to be dead and ubuntu
