If you've ever wondered why Trump stands like a dork leaning forward - well here you go.

Gravity is in a constant war with Trump's weak spine. His distended McDonald's consuming Santa Claus beer keg belly is pulling Trump forward and down.

Trump started wearing a 3 inch lift shoe because he feels extremely insecure about his height ever since meeting 6'8" tall Comey. The 3" lift in the heel pitches Trump even further forward.

Obesity in our time is definitely one of the most difficult problems not only in adolescence but also in older people.
