Well, I think I should point out first, in all fairness, we are not, in fact, the Official Russian Separatist Plane Crash Investigation Committee (ORSPCIC). We are actually the Un-Official Russian Separatist Plan Crash Investigation Committee (URSPCIC) both of which are completely separate from the Official and Unofficial Russian Separatist Plane Shootdown Investigation Committees.

However, I have been asked to read the following prepared statement on behalf of the ORSPCIC.

"We the Unofficial Russian Separatist Plane Crash Investigation Committee, speaking on behalf of the ORSPCIC, brackets, Actually Russian Officials speaking directly for Vladmir Putin with a gun to our heads, end brackets, do hereby convey our sincere fraternal and sisterly condolences to the families of the dead airplane crash victims on their martyrdom for greater Russian Peoples unity - with a heavy emphasis on Crash, because even though we have already determined that the Ukranians shot the plane down and not us, before we launch our investigations, we must emphasize the term crash and not shoot down because the shoot down is being investigated separately by two other committees."

"So, their deaths will stand forever as a landmark in our continuing struggle to liberate all Russians from the oppressive hands of the American imperialist aggressors - excluding those concerned with making great movies and music, awesome video games like Call Of Duty and Grand theft Auto, contributing to the arts, sciences, medicine, laser hair removal, the proliferation of democracy, roads, housing, education, viniculture, Go Pro Cameras to film and export our crazy driving and street violence, and of course any other Americans contributing to the welfare of Russian peoples of both sexes - excluding all LGBT's and hermaphrodites. Signed, on behalf of Vladimir Putin , etc. etc. yada, yada, yada"

"We ask for patience. We can not allow any international investigators into the crash area at this time for safety reasons. This is a war zone. They might be hurt by armed Ukranian forces in the area. Russian Separatists can not be held responsible for the deaths of international investigation team members in an area which we don't control. However, once our own investigators have removed all the bodies and evidence from the crash site under the supervision of our armed troops, International investigators will be granted full and safe passage to the crash site."

And I'd just like to add, on a personal note, my own admiration, for what the dead crash victims are doing for us, on what must be, after all, for them, a very difficult time.
